  • Guaranteed number is required 6 days prior to the function. You will be billed for the guaranteed number or attendance, whichever is larger.
  • Full payment is required 72 hrs before the function either by Cash or a Certified Check or a Bank Draft.
  • 25% deposit is required at the time of confirmed booking. Deposit is non-refundable.
  • The hall has to be vacated at the agreed time.
  • The guest is responsible to obtain a Liquor license. Liquor & Beer is to be bought against permit from LCBO store. Liquor which is not bought under the Special Ocassion Permit ( SOP ) will not be served.
  • Sangam will not be responsible for the loss of any personal belongings.
  • This is the responsibility of the Guest to inform the DJ or any decorating company to collect their belongings within 1 hr after the function is over. They can pick up the next day. Extra $75.00 per hour can be charged for the labour we have to pay to the waiting persons.
  • The agreed price consists of Rental of the Hall & it's related furnishings, equipment, service and cost of food.
